About me. I am a 48-year old woman that has made many lifestyle changes during the last six years.
Back when I began, I thought it would be therapeutic to create a blog about my life and have a place to connect to others doing the same. 100 pounds down, I continue to share the story of my journey and hope it helps you.
I still enjoy the company of my two labs – Bailey (chocolate) and Jewel (black), our rescued sweetheart.
