Where do these trainers come up with this stuff?
I am constantly amazed at how M continues to brew up these unusual workouts. Yesterday I see these PVC pipes stacked up on the floor and assumed they were part of the gym’s renovation. To my surprise, they were not! In fact he had me stabilize it overhead – simple. But the trick was they were filled with different amounts of water which sloshed around from end to end as you tried to stabilize it. While it was a subtle effect at first, the water quickly gained momentum making it really difficult! I mean who comes up with this stuff? Wouldn’t you know, he found it on the internet.
